In the third minigame, players need to shine their lights at the Peepas by tilting their 3DS, to aim their lights at the Peepas, every Peepa defeated will earn the players a point, whoever shines the most Peepas after time is up is the winner. The winner is either the last player standing or whoever's still standing when time's up. If a player is hit by a Peepa, the Peepa will carry the player off eliminating them from the minigame. In the second minigame, players are placed in a small gated yard with several Peepas who are constantly moving together, players must avoid the Peepas while outlasting eachother. In the first minigame, Peepas can be seen on one of the frames where Mario can be seen running down a corridor. In this game, they can be found in three minigames, The Reel Thing, Jeepers Peepas, and Scary Spotlight. Peepas make their Mario Party series debut in Mario Party: Island Tour. Players make swift moves to avoid the Peepas. Mario Party series Mario Party: Island Tour A Peepa can be given a Super Mushroom to become a Big Peepa or wings to become a Winged Peepa, Peepas are fairly durable enemies in this game and can only be defeated with the effects of a Starman. 2 by circling set sectors in groups (effectively replacing the Circling Boo Buddies from the other styles). In these games, Peepas can be placed in most themes (typically the haunted ones) and behave identically to how they did in New Super Mario Bros. Peepas also appear in Super Mario Maker 2 as placeable enemies exclusive to the Super Mario 3D World style. With the effects of a Double Cherry, due to the clones, defeating the Peepas is made even easier. They once again are seen moving in either circles or straightward in any given direction, they pose very small threat to Captain Toad and Toadette as they can easily defeat the Peepas by looking at them (thanks to the headlamp the Toads are wearing). In this game, they retain their behavior from Super Mario 3D World and are often seen in haunted themed levels such as Spooky Specters at Shadow Manor. Peepas are seen again in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. Additionally, shining the new Light Box in the face of a Peepa can also be used to take care of one. Peepas once again aren't too aggressive and can be defeated with the effects of a Starman, Invincibility Leaf, or Invincibility Bell. They are once again seen circling set sectors in groups however this time, they can also move straightward (following any direction) in aligned formations, additionally, this time, Peepas can also appear invisible until the heroes approach at which point, they reveal themselves. In these games, they are once again commonly found in Ghost Houses such as A Beam in the Dark and Peepa's Fog Bog. Peepas return in Super Mario 3D World and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury retaining their behavior from past games. Super Mario 3D World / Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury The platform-carrying Peepas are completely invincible however but are also harmless. Peepas themselves can be defeated with the effects of a Starman, Gold Flower, or an Invincibility Leaf. Some Peepas can also be a help as they also carry platforms across chasms. Peepas typically behave like the Circling Boo Buddies found in previous games, they circle set sectors in groups and can cause damage to the plumbers upon contact. 2, in this game, they are found in Ghost Houses and other haunted levels such as World 6-4 and World Star-3. Mario Golf: Super Rush Review - Leisurely Chaos Additionally, a Peepa is shown guarding Luigi's cell (alongside a Koopa Troopa) after Dry Bowser captures him. Peepas can only be defeated with either the effects of a Starman or an Invincibility Leaf. Peepas are immune to ranged attacks and turn invisible when a projectile hits them. Peepas are commonly found in groups circling areas (similar to the Octoboos from Super Mario Galaxy 2), Peepas themselves aren't typically aggressive as Boos are but they can still damage Mario/ Luigi upon contact.
